Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
   • Cancellations made 2 weeks or more prior to the commencement of a course or event will be eligible for a refund, less a 10% admin fee, or a credit that may be used within one month of the initial payment date.
   • Cancellations made between 2 weeks to 1 week prior to the start of a course or event will allow participants to either transfer to another course or event of equal value or receive a credit for future use within one month of the initial payment date. Please note that only one reschedule is permitted. If a participant fails to attend the rescheduled course or event, no further rescheduling or credit will be offered.
   • Cancellations made one week prior or less to the course or event will not be eligible for a refund. However, participants may receive a credit or the option to transfer to another course if the course they are transferring from has not reached its maximum participant capacity. Only one reschedule is permitted under this policy.
   • The rescheduled bookings need to be used within 3 months of the original course date; after this period, the booking will expire, and no further rescheduling will be possible.
2. Non-Attendance:
   • In the event that a business or individual is unable to attend the booked course or event, they are entitled to reschedule on a one-time basis, subject to the conditions outlined herein. Coffee Laboratory reserves the right to reschedule the course or event to a date of its choosing. The participant must confirm their attendance for the rescheduled date within 48 hours of notification. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the booking, with no entitlement to a refund.
   • Once the course or event has commenced, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be granted, regardless of any classes missed by the participant for any reason.
3. Payment Terms:
   • Full payment is required to confirm a participant’s place in a course.
4. Conduct:
   • Any participant exhibiting antisocial behavior or using disrespectful language during a course or event organized by Coffee Laboratory will be removed without the right to a refund or credit.
5. Cancellation by Coffee Laboratory:
   • Coffee Laboratory reserves the right to cancel any course or event at any time, without prior explanation. In the event of such cancellation, participants will be entitled to reschedule their booking for another course of equal or lesser value, or to receive a full refund.
   • Coffee Laboratory also reserves the right to refuse a booking at any stage. In such cases, any payment made will be fully refunded.
6. Photography and Recording:
   • Coffee Laboratory reserves the right to record or take photographs during its courses and events and may post these on its website or social media channels. If a participant does not wish to appear in any photos or videos, it is their responsibility to inform the trainer or host at the beginning of the course or event.
