This kit is designed to help you identify the most common defects found in green Arabica coffee, as per Speciality Coffee Association. It is a must for any person training to become a Q Grader or Quality Control but also can be used for green coffee or coffee roasting courses.

The kit contains 13 vials (20 ml each) with the following defects:

Primary Defects:
– Full Black
– Full Sour
– Dried Cherry / Pod
– Foreign Matter
– Severe Insect Damage

Secondary Defects:
– Partial Black
– Partial Sour
– Parchment / Pergamino
– Immature / Unripe
– Shell
– Broken / Chipped / Cut
– Hull / Husk
– Slight Insect Damage
