This kit is designed to help you identify the most common defects found in green Arabica coffee, as per Speciality Coffee Association. It is a must for any person training to become a Q Grader or Quality Control but also can be used for green coffee or coffee roasting courses.<\/h4>\n

The kit contains 13 vials (20 ml each) with the following defects:<\/h4>\n

Primary Defects:
\n– Full Black
\n– Full Sour
\n– Dried Cherry \/ Pod
\n– Foreign Matter
\n– Severe Insect Damage<\/h4>\n

Secondary Defects:
