Our experienced trainer will teach in a fun and relaxed way how to produce the finest espresso-based drinks. At the end of this course you will have the skills to perform in any coffee shop and the knowledge required from any barista.

Up to date, Alin has trained more than 2500 individuals. He is the founder and Managing Director of Coffee Laboratory.
Alin is also one of the national judges for the Irish Barista Competition, Irish Latte art Competition and Irish Brewers Cup. He is also the Education Coordinator of the Irish Speciality Coffee Association.
